Trespa Redmond English Chateau
Project Overview
This Redmond “English chateau” had all the storybook details—stonework, archways, a cupola clock, timber framing—but the stucco cladding was failing. Synapse delivered a modern, low-maintenance solution without losing the home’s classic character. We produced a 3D design, coordinated removal of failing stucco, repaired substrate, and installed a clean, durable Trespa system that aligns with the architecture.

The Siberian Larch finish delivers a timeless, wood-like aesthetic with low maintenance. Combined with proper rainscreen and flashing, the façade is drier, tougher, and longer-lasting in Northwest weather.
