Seattle siding design

Synapse Construction was asked to help design a new facade for this Queen Anne Condominium project. The existing siding is old, rough and dated. With many new and remodeled buildings near by the owners were interested in a more modern look. As with any exterior construction project the owners wanted a siding design that would update the building without breaking the bank. We proposed a combination of closed rain-screen fiber cement siding panels and metal flashings with an accent of open joint cedar rain-screen siding at the entry.
