The model you will view will be of your home and not just a model from an image gallery. When it comes to our home design process, you really have nothing to lose. Whether you choose us as your contractor or not we will have created a 3D rendering of the vision in your mind so that you can clearly share your expectations with any contractor. If you do have us complete the work, we will refund back 50 percent of your design fee.

See Your Dream in 3D

Once you have determined that our 3D design service is right for you, there are several steps we will take to begin the home remodel process:

• Step 1 – As Built 3D Model –First, we will measure and build a 3D model of your home and elevation drawings will be transmitted to you. Although a free version of sketchup design software is available to you if you want to view your 3D model, you don’t have to be a tech savvy person to have this work for you. You can also simply view the images on your screen or print them out.
• Step 2 – Your Design Ideas– This is the step where we will start bringing your vision to life. You can convey your vision in any way that is most efficient and easiest for you. Printed images, magazine clippings, photos, or any other physical visual sharing technique will work, or if you are more tech inclined, you can create a digital scrap book too. We will meet and review your ideas during this step, and if COVID-19 is a concern, this meeting can be held via video chat where it can be almost as interactive as if we were meeting in person.
• Step 3 – First Design Submittal–During this step, our design team will take the design ideas discussed in step 2 and apply them to our 3D model. We may provide some alternative choices that we think would enhance the design or performance of your vision. We will send the electronic files to you and give you time to explore them, show them to friends and family, or get feedback from your HOA. You can take as long or as little time as you need, and when you are ready, we will have another meeting to discuss any tweaks or changes you’d like to make to your design. Those changes will then be taken back to our design lab for development.
• Step 4 – Final Review–After any options or revisions requested in step 3 are made, this is the step where you will see the final design. If multiple schemes have been created, you will select the final schematic.
• Step 5 – Construction Drawings –This is the step where your new exterior design is complete, and it is the final step in the design process. We will create construction drawings with all materials and scope of work labeled. These will be used to get pricing from contractors and vendors, and you will be ready to build.
