Siders/Carpenters

Synapse Construction, experts in exterior construction, is currently seeking to hire Siders/Carpenters to join our team! Our expertise is exterior construction for new construction, remodels, and custom design projects. We specialize in custom siding and windows, painting, and exterior maintenance for both residential and commercial applications. Come work with us today!

Qualifications & Requirements:

2 years of professional carpentry experience and/or be able to perform the following tasks as needed for each job:
- Site setup/prep and cleanup, unloading material, demolition, framing, install Weather Resistant Barrier (WRB-paper/house wrap), rain screen systems, windows & doors with proper flashings, deck remodeling, and cutting then installation of various types of siding (James Hardie, cedar, metal, and other custom-made exotic pieces)
Valid driver’s license
Professional history of accountability and honesty with provided references
Compliance with COVID-19 construction mandates – masks, sanitizing, temperature checks, and more
