Siders/Carpenters

We are currently seeking to hire Siders/Carpenters to join our team to support our rapid growth! We have a very thorough COVID-19 Safety Plan to help keep our employees at work while keeping them and our clients safe. Synapse Construction is a full-service Seattle siding company that has been local for over 10 years! Our expertise is exterior construction for new construction, remodels, and custom design projects for both residential and commercial applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2 years of professional carpentry experience and/or be able to perform the following tasks as needed for each job:
- Site setup/prep and cleanup, unloading material, demolition, framing, install Weather Resistant Barrier (WRB-paper/house wrap), rain screen systems, windows & doors with proper flashings, deck remodeling, and cutting then installation of various types of siding (James Hardie, cedar, metal, and other custom-made exotic pieces)
Valid driver’s license
Professional history of accountability and honesty with provided references
Compliance with COVID-19 construction mandates – masks, sanitizing, temperature checks, and more
